The 6G-SANDBOX Newsletter 5th Issue (January-March 2024) is released! In addition to our most recent news, this edition includes details about the project’s confirmed activities at the upcoming EuCNC 2024 & 6G Summit.
We proudly participated at ETSI NTN Event organised by ETSI, which was held in Sophia Antipolis France (3-4 April 2024), where David Artuñedo from Telefónica partner, delivered a presentation, in a full room, entitled ‘6𝙂-𝙎𝘼𝙉𝘿𝘽𝙊𝙓 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙤𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨 𝙉𝙏𝙉-6𝙂’ in the context of Session 5-EC FUNDED / CELTIC / SNS / OTHER RESEARCH PROJECTS. David, began his presentation with the Trial Network Definition in 6G-SANDBOX framework, and continued among others, with the NTN communication as backhaul, and multipath protocols, finalizing his speech with the presentation of the MoU between 6G-SANDBOX with European Space Agency – ESA and how OpenCAPIF is being leveraged in 6G-SANDBOX Project’s activities towards Non Terrestrial Networks.
