6G-SANDBOX 1st OPEN CALL WINNERS

During the Open Call Period (submission deadline 23rd of June), we received 36 Proposals in total.

The proposals we received were from the following countries (graph 1) and from the following types of organizations (graph 2):

From the 36 proposals submitted, 3 of them were not eligible and as a result, 33 were evaluated and 7 were accepted (success rate 21%).

The accepted proposals are from the following countries in pie chart 1 (based on origin of leading proposal organization) and the following types of organizations in visible in pie chart 2.

Further information about the scope of the accepted proposals and further details on the winners will be communicated soon!

6G-SANDBOX overview and Open Call Info Session at EuCNC 2023

On the 7th of May and in the context of EuCNC & 6G Summit, 6G-SANDBOX successfully organized the workshop ‘𝟲𝗚-𝗦𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗕𝗢𝗫 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻’ which was held as a co-located hybrid event! The aim of this workshop was to inform the participants on our 1st Open Call. EuCNC 2023 – 6G-SANDBOX Overview & Open Call Information Session

We cordially invite you to join 6G-SANDBOX at EuCNC2023 6GSummit2023 for a co-located event (https://www.eucnc.eu/programme/co-located-events/co-located-event-2/), where the 6G-SANDBOX team will present and answer questions about the Open Call for third party experimenters, which was announced on the 24th of April. The presentation will cover an introduction to the 6G-SANDBOX platform, the submission process, the evaluation and how engagement will be done when selected. Technical topics as outlined in the call will also be presented. There will be room for Q&A. Participation to the session is free but registration is required (https://6g-sandbox.eu/oc-1-registration/). The meeting will be hold in a hybrid format for people who are not attending EuCNC 2023. The meeting will be recorded and made available to the registered participants afterwards.
